What does it mean when an item on your website says *ONLINE ONLY*?

When an item is marked with *ONLINE ONLY* this means that we don't stock the item on hand. As they are mostly larger sized items or 'big ticket items' we do this to offer customers more options when shopping with us. As soon as one of these items are purchased, we order it from the supplier and when we receive it we send it straight off to you!

Doesn't this process take longer?

Normally, when you make an online order, we pick and pack your items that same day or the very next day at the latest! Depending on your location, it may take up to 7 business days for your order to arrive to you. With *ONLINE ONLY* orders, we like to suggest that it may take up to 14 business days for your order to arrive to you.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat-rate of $12.95 for shipping to anywhere in Australia (unless specified otherwise). Larger sized items with heavier weights may incur a higher shipping fee, but we will mention this on the products description page if applicable.  

I've seen your products online, but I'd like to see them in person. Do you have a physical store?

GATZBY HOME is primarily an online business. We operate 24/7 online and occasionally we hold pop-ups in different locations around Melbourne.
